Reservation Policy
Thank you for choosing Salon Zuberenz, in respect to the high demand of our services we reserve our guest’s appointments with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.
Running late for your reservation?
Salon Zuberenz is known for it’s team atmosphere. Please call us if you are running behind up to 10 minutes for a haircut and up to 15 minutes for a chemical service we will do our best to accommodate you, even if it means we collaborate as a team to complete your service on time. With no arrival after 15 minutes for a haircut and 30 minutes for a color the appointment is considered missed and our missed appointment policy applies, resulting in 100% charge of the services scheduled.
Missed or cancelled appointments
We understand that schedules can become very busy and you may fail to remember appointments, therefore we offer several reminders prior to your reservation. These reminders are available via text, email or phone call, whichever you prefer.
Salon Zuberenz requires 24 hours’ notice on all cancellations. Should you fail to show up for your appointment a No-Show Fee of 100% of the services scheduled will automatically be charged to the credit card provided to us at the time of booking. Any appointment canceled within a 24hr timeframe will be charged 50% of scheduled services.
At Salon Zuberenz our commission-based stylists have chosen a career that relies on each guest to attend their reservation. If you are unable to show up for your reservation, we would greatly appreciate as much notice as possible to allow our stylists to reserve the space for another guest.
